สำหรับการเปิด promiscuous mode เพื่อใช้กับ wireless controller, ClearPass, Wireshark ทำได้ดังนี้

$portFeature.SettingData.MonitorMode = 2
Add-VMSwitchExtensionPortFeature -ExternalPort -SwitchName "<switchname>" -VMSwitchExtensionFeature $portFeature

ซึง MonitorMode = 2 ก็จะหมายทำการทำ copy traffic ที่ทั้งมาถึงและออกจาก physical NIC และทำสำเนาข้อมูลไปยัง port ปลายทาง

และ ทำการ check MAC Spoofing ตามไฟล์แนบ
